Fixing my game

Can someone please tell me how to fix my game so I can ask my neighbours for things and finish off things, the neighbours at the bottom of pages have the green thingy going around constantly and I cant finish things or get gifts from neighbours. it was working before now isn't. this is my 3rd post about this and no one will answer me

You need to contact support using the link in the tech support section of the forum. The forum hasn’t been used for tech support in a long time ( since December of 2014)

I'm having same problem getting a response from tech support (different issue). I had same problem with game sometime ago, try closing everything down. and re starting
