How to Contact the Developers?

Before you mail us, please be sure to take the following steps.

1. Check the FAQ on this Forum!
Many questions we get, are already in the Frequently Asked Questions on this forum. If you question is in the FAQ, you'll get your answer faster if you look it up yourself. Plus, we'll just mail you the link to the FAQ of your problem anyway.

2. Check the Game Guide on this Forum!
If your question is related to the way to handle or operate machines, animals, buildings or anything else in the game, your answer is probably in the Game Guide. Again: if the answer to your question is here, you'll find it fastest if you look it up yourself - if you mail us about it, we'll just mail you the link to the Game Guide anyway.

3. Still no luck? Mail us!
If your question not yet anywhere on this Forum, please mail us about it. You can do this by logging in to the game, and scroll all the way down. In the bottom left corner, you'll find a link to Report/Contact the Developer. Click this.

Now, this is what you have to do:

:arrow: Fill in a valid mail address. If you don't give us your correct e-mail address, we will have no way of getting back to you.
:arrow: Tick the box to Let Us Know Who You Are. If you do, we will automatically receive your Facebook User ID number. We need this to help you. If we don't have this, we will be unable help you and have to bug you about giving the User ID number after all.
:arrow: Describe the problem as accurately as you can! We can't do anything with mails like: "It won't let me play", or "Gift not working" or "PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE". (These are all mails we have received in the past - including the friendly capitals.) We need details! As many as you can provide!
:arrow: If you can, use the option to send us a screenshot! This way we can spot the problem in the blink of an eye and you need to describe less. Sending us a screenshot means less chance of miscommunication, and a better chance that we can help you promptly and effectively!
