We have a Farmer (Caroline Hutto
) who had this issue and she replied on how she fixed it. Caroline said "Even though the browser (in this case Chrome) kept telling me I had the latest version of Adobe Flash Player," she still went ahead and uninstalled then reinstalled it.
These are similar to the steps she took...
Step 1. Go to Control Panel
Step 2. Click on "Uninstall a program"
Step 3. Click on "Adobe Flash Player XX ActiveX" then click on Uninstall
"XX" is the version number of your Flash Player, in this case, it's 11
Step 4. A popup will appear, and you'll have to click "Uninstall"
Step 5. After it's Uninstalled, click "Done"
Step 6. Go to http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html
and click on the link "Get the latest version"
Step 7. Click on the "Download now" and a pop up will appear, click on the pop up box and then click on "save file."
Step 8. Once you've downloaded this file, You'll have to find it and run it. It's usually under downloads or where ever you put your downloaded files.
Step 9. Please wait a moment while it downloads the Adobe Flash Player.
*During this step, if you have Mozilla Firefox, it will ask you to close it otherwise it will not install the Flash Player.
Step 10. Click on finish and continue playing Family Farm.
After this reinstalling process, and I quote "I can see allll the buttons now. I finished the dog race last night (got impatient and bought the last three races), but was so happy when I got it fixed that I bought enough RC to buy the Garden Ranch and the goat I wanted."
She did a great job on improvising and we at Family Farm would like to thank you for letting us know how you've went ahead and fixed this issue by giving you 10 RC. Thank you Caroline Hutto and may this season bring you a great harvest! If there is another problem and you've found a way to fix it, please don't hesitate to let us know by sending us what the issue was and how you fixed it and if we post it up, you'll get 10 RC (Golden tip policy).
